Shipping & Returns

Freight

Freight is free for orders $AU50.00 (ex-GST) and over within Australia. Orders under $AU50.00 (ex-GST) will be charged $AU10.00 (ex-GST) freight. Priority delivery can be organised anywhere in Australia upon request, for an additional charge. This is subject to availability at time of purchase and the order being placed by 11:00am AEST.

Fildes Food Safety will ship to most destinations within Australia and New Zealand. For all other countries, please contact us before ordering by phone on 1800 673 644, via email [email protected] or by using the ‘contact us’ form.

Returns

Items can only be returned when issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Contact customer service on 1800 673 644 to obtain RA#. Items cannot be returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding item/s carrying a warranty. A 20% restocking fee (minimum $20) will be charged for all items returned other than where the item/s is deemed to be faulty.
